Oklahoma State University students weren’t satisfied with building the first CNG-powered vehicle for the Formula SAE series.
They built a car that could set records. It ran 328 laps in a 24-hour period on a 1.8 mile track, setting the mark for longest distance traveled at more than 590 miles – even with two drive chain breakdowns.
