The Texas Department of Transportation announced a pilot program today in Irving that will have TxDOT trucks switching from gasoline to natural gas. At the Clean Energy Fuel Station on Briery Road, TxDOT officials unveiled four brand new trucks that will use compressed natural gas. Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has been tapped to provide the natural gas to TxDOT.
